All images created by Raewyn Murray Photography Ltd are the exclusive property of the photographer. Copyright in this work shall be owned solely by the photographer. Raewyn Murray Photography Ltd has the right to use any images for its portfolio, self-promotions, professional competition and review, or any other lawful purposes. Client understands that it has no rights to the images and that it is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, claim ownership, download, sell, redistribute, email, and all avenues of trying to reproduce images without permission. Raewyn Murray Photography Ltd protects all avenues of quality control over said work and images. Illegally scanning, copying of any sort, does not only reflect poor image quality, it also reflects on our reputation. If any high resolution images are purchased, a release will be included with permission to make prints for personal use only.
As a matter of respect to the photographer, please do not take your own photographs by camera, mobile or tablet at the time of the session.
The pricing for all sessions and products is based on a current price list as can be viewed on Raewyn Murray Photography Limited’s website. This price list is updated periodically and future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed. Should the price increase whilst a client already has a session booked, the session fee they will pay will be the one at the time of booking. Please note that session fees and prices are not negotiable.
The non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 3 days after the date of the session. No images or previews will be released until the payment for the session is received in full.
Any changes to any order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. When the order total is reduced the price difference will be applied as a credit towards a future session. Due to the custom nature of products and services, all sales are final.
The photographer will edit the images at their discretion. Please be aware that the delivered images will not include all images shot. The photographer will edit and release only those deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the Studio’s standards. Colour correction and basic retouching is included at the Studio’s discretion. Should the client require all photographs in black and white then they should state that at the time of booking.
The client also needs to be aware that the colours used in photography prints may fade or discolour over time due to the inherent qualities of the dyes used in the process. The client releases Raewyn Murray Photography Ltd from any claims based upon discolouration or fading.
Should Raewyn Murray Photography Ltd not be able to perform this contract due to acts of God, fire, casualty, strike or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the photographer being ill or in an emergency situation, then the photographer shall return all session fees paid to the client and shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Studio fails to perform for any other reason, the Studio shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.
